- Serve as a representative/agent after having legally approved power of attorney on behalf of client/employer to supply quality manpower as per the requirement.
- Arrangements for conducting interview/trade testing, short listing, selection on behalf of the clients.
- Dealing with all Government departments needed to complete the recruitment procedure.
- Facilitating for visa process and with Protectorate of Emigration, Government of Pakistan.
- Arranging ethical training and trade knowledge session from 2-8 weeks.
- Arranging pre and post departure process training to cater challenges for new migrants that gives a comfort level to employers in receiving the migrants.
- Facilitating in ticketing and departure, and give information to employer.
